Lisa O’ Hanlon MA

Hi, I’m Lisa, a qualified counsellor and accredited member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

With over 28 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults, I offer a warm, person-centred approach, drawing from CBT, ACT, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and attachment-based therapies. I hold degrees in Psychology, Forensic Science and Medicine, and a Master’s in Addiction Counselling. I have trained with NOVAS, Aiséirí, and Cuan Mhuire.
